Revelation 13. “If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity they will go. If anyone is to be killed with the sword, with the sword they will be killed. This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of God’s people” (Verse 10). Revelation  is a hard book to read, so much prophecy, so much I don’t fully understand. However, verse 10 stood out to me. We trust and believe God when life is good and everything is going our way. But what about when it’s not, what about when we need to suffer, do we trust God less or not at all in those times? After reading this portion of scripture that is the thought I am left with. I need to examine my heart (feel free to do the same with yours)…Do I only trust when times are good? Lord please give me eyes to see the true me.
