Genesis 8. “Then Noah built an altar to the Lord and, taking some of all the clean animals and clean birds, he sacrificed burnt offerings on it. The Lord smelled the pleasing aroma and said in his heart: ‘Never again will I curse the ground because of humans, even though every inclination of the human heart is evil from childhood.  And never again will I destroy all living creatures, as I have done'” (Verses 20-21). God’s promise to us. Even though we are sinful and the desire of our heart is to do wrong. He will contend with us, He won’t destroy us. We are blessed with grace and mercy, if God can extend it so freely to us (who most certainly don’t deserve it), shouldn’t we be willing to do the same to those around us? Just a thought…
