Look toward where you're going, but don't forget what's behind.

The picture above was taken today. We are driving (as I type this post) to Buffalo, Ny. My brother is moving for work. He was blessed with an amazing opportunity, (the kind you don’t say no to). The picture is what I felt God wanted me to remind him of. Which is this: Keep your eyes on what’s ahead. Go toward your future, but don’t forget or forsake what is behind you. Our past experiences help to shape our future, therefore we should always remember where we came from. But for my brother I also want to say: Remember who you are and WHOSE you are. I pray that you leave every place and interaction better off than you found it. May God be your forever guide and the one you look to when you feel lost. God bless you. Love always your sister.
