Luke 12. “Then Jesus said to His disciples: ‘Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?” (Verses 22-26). Since you can NOT do this very LITTLE thing (of adding an hour to your life by worrying), why worry about the rest. Ha! Did God just use sarcasm on us? I think He did. He spoke in a way we could understand, He used layman’s term. Stop worrying it achieves nothing, but more worrying.  Life is filled with stressful situations and circumstances, worrying will not make them go away. However if we walk through it with God, He carries the burden. Don’t worry it does nothing. Trust God, it brings peace. Peace or worry….hmmmm? Decisions, decisions…
