John 14. “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid” (Verse 27). My life Verse is 1 John 4:19, this verse however is my favorite verse in the Bible. Why? Because life is tumultuous, troubling, and on some days down right HARD. We need peace, but not fake peace. REAL peace. The peace that passes ALL understanding. The peace that says, “Even now, even in this God has a plan for my good.” A peace that allows us to press on for the prize. The kind of peace that can only be given to us by GOD.
