Acts 18. “One night the Lord spoke to Paul in a vision: ‘Do not be afraid; keep on speaking, do not be silent. For I am with you, and no one is going to attack and harm you, because I have many people in this city.’ So Paul stayed in Corinth for a year and a half, teaching them the word of God” (verses 9-11). Don’t be silent. Don’t be afraid. God will protect you. If God has called you to a task. Don’t be fearful, He has already prepared the path.

I get fear when I go out or think of going out. I’ll remember this. I do feel an invisible armor around me sometimes.
It is illogical to say to someone that has a fear, “don’t be afraid”. Because for that person (I know this personally) that fear is very real and very present. Instead I will say this: Let God slowly have your fear. Everyday, every second surrender or hand over a little piece. As you give it to Him piece by. One day you’ll look around and realize He has the whole thing.
I’ve been trying to focus on “just today.” What do I need to do “just today.” When I look down the road and see where I seem to be headed it gets scary. Thanks for this post.

That is such a great thing to learn. God gives us new mercies everyday, so we need to live in the day.
